Urgent Care Veterinarian  - Littleton, NH
Urgent Care Veterinarian needed at Littleton Veterinary Urgent Care located in the beautiful White Mountains. Come work with an amazing team who strive to offer high-quality medicine in an efficient and cost-conscious manner at the only dedicated urgent care facility in the region. We have amazing opportunities for full or part-time associate positions. We prioritize work-life balance by offering a 32-hour, 3-day full-time work week, some daytime hours with no overnights or major holidays, and with the option of a long-term set schedule! Potential for profit sharing and ownership for the right candidate. We strive to create a positive and supportive work environment that recognizes the hard work and skills of our dedicated staff. We are proud of, and empower, our skilled doctors and technicians who offer exceptional, compassionate care. We provide all the modern amenities including radiology, ultrasound, laboratory, surgery, transfusion medicine, and a well-stocked pharmacy.

As an urgent care veterinarian, you will be tasked with helping to bridge the gap between general practice and emergency medicine. You will treat urgent conditions with shorter wait times stabilizing critical patients so they can be safely transferred to the ER if further care is needed. General surgery may be performed at doctor discretion. There are no hospitalized inpatients or overnight care.

We are in the amazingly beautiful White Mountains, while still a comfortable driving distance to the Lakes, oceans, and major cities such as Boston Massachusetts and Portland Maine. Outdoor recreation opportunities are endless, and there will be ample time in your day to go for a hike or ski before work. New Hampshire offers a safe enriching quality of life with excellent educational institutions. Outstanding compensation and benefits as well as a flexible schedule and amazing support team. Part-Time Housecall Veterinarian - Vergennes, VT
Full Circle Home Veterinary Care is looking for a veterinarian who would get joy and fulfillment from doing house calls in Addison County, Vermont. Full Circle Home Vet Care opened in 2014. We wanted to offer a higher quality and more intimate form of veterinary medicine: James Herriot-esque, but with more diagnostic tools, no on-call, and warm houses instead of cold barns. We’ve been thrilled at the growth and the fun we’re having while working!

It turns out that people love this kind of veterinary care. In the past year, we have had to stop taking new clients so that we can take proper care of those that we have already committed to.  We’re turning away five to ten clients a week on average and we don’t want to be! Our services include wellness and sick patient care, acupuncture, behavioral consults, hospice care, and euthanasia.   Our goal is to be able to offer these services to anyone who requests it, as quickly as they need it.  This is where you come in!

We need a person who considers themselves to be an excellent veterinarian. Someone that can extract information from a client without grilling them. Assess a patient without them realizing they are being examined. Know and offer the gold standard of care, but be ready to offer options, judgement-free, if that is what the situation requires. You understand that veterinary care is one part animal and one part human and you’re happy with that split. You’re comfortable sitting at someone’s kitchen table discussing their pet’s care options moving forward and feel at ease mixing the intimate and connected with the professional.
